GRAY, OSCAR GRANT, MARISSA ALEXANDER, TROY DAVIS, SEAN BELL... the list

EVERY 28 HOURS IN AMERICA, A BLACK PERSON IS SHOT BY THE POLICE OR A SELF-PROCLAIMED VIGILANTE.
