Prisoner Hunger Strike Demands

"We know that this is genocide and we have to stop these human rights abuses inside California Prisons."

The Demands:
1. An end to group punishment.
2. An end to the "validation" and "debriefing" process.
3. An end to long-term solitary confinement.
4. Access to adequate medical care, exercise, sunlight and nutrition.
5. The right to small, personal effects such as wall calendars, photos, etc.
