Dr. Steven Hayne conducted the autopsy on Chloe Britt that would later be used to wrongfully convict Jeffrey Havard In Mississippi. In August 2008, Mississippi finally barred Hayne from doing any more autopsies in the state. The Mississippi legislature passed a bill specifically aimed at keeping him from ever being used by prosecutors in the state again.
