As Co-Founder of Voices Of The People, Brandon Ellington is committed to fighting for the rights of the underprivileged knowing education is key.
Brandon Ellington has never gotten paid for his involvement in civic life. 'I do what I do out of necessity, not NOTORIETY. Learning from an early age that nothing in life is free and one has to work hard and diligently to achieve goals and desires. At the age of nineteen Brandon Ellington became the youngest councilor to ever work at Dismass House a federal half-way house. "Poverty is the fuel that feeds the fire" by living in underdeveloped, crime infested and impoverished community.
Thoughts: As a father of twins Lyric & Brandon II, there is nothing more important than the happiness and well being of my children, as a conscious citizen there is no greater concern then that of a city that is prosperous and safe.
As an elected official I will fight for the needs and concerns of the people. I seek to be a representative of the people a unified voice that articulates the needs and concerns of the citizens.
