Delhi gangrape: Defence seeks venue change for trial

Delhi-based Supreme Court lawyer M L Sharma is defending prime accused Mukesh Singh, the man who was driving the bus on December 16.It was in Mukesh's bus that night that he with five others reportedly raped a 23-year-old woman. Mukesh's lawyer says Coimbatore would be his first choice for shifting the trial and that the city is unlikely to be prejudiced against his client. The Defence Lawyer says in Delhi and other metros everyone was bent upon hanging all the accused.
