Mumbai: KG girl molested by bus conductor

On the day when the Delhi Police annual report delivered the statistics that the capital's crime rate has gone up, and that rapes are at a 10-year high. A four-year-old girl was allegedly molested by the conductor of her school bus in Mumbai. But in an apparent goof-up, a case of rape was registered against him.
