URGENT REQUEST FOR HELP FOR DEATH ROW INMATE RODNEY GRAY OF MISSISSIPPI
On August 15th 1994 Rodney Gray was arrested, and held for seven months before being charged with Capitol Murder. He has professed his innocence for six-teen years.
While his case went through the many stages of appeal he was given inadaquate representation while in Post Conviction. Procedurally barring many important facts in all federal proceedings. While his case was in Post Conviction Office, it had been moved from New Orleans to Jackson Mississippi. At witch time, they were under staffed and under funded. In most cases only skeleton briefs were filed for these men. There has since been a law suit filed by Mr. Jim Craig on behalf of these fifteen men who did not get the representation promised by the state before execution.
I am pleading with everyone to please write or email Govenor Barbour, and ask for a commuted sentence or a stay, based on the Knox Lawsut. They have set a May 17, 2011 execution date for Rodney.
On behalf on Rodney's family and friends, I would like to thank everyone for there love and support at this very difficult time.

Fact is, so many of the older cases especially men had inadequate representation. Sad part is, these men end up paying for it with there lives. Our system is plagued with to many errors to impose the ultimate punishment.
