Justice for Smiley: What happened after the MPA meeting on 31.03.11

On 15th March 2011, Smiley Culture, aka David Emmanuel, a British reggae star of the 1980's, was found dead in police custody at his home in Surrey, from a single stab wound to his heart.

To date there has not been an official statement made by the Metropolitan Police Services about the circumstances of David Emmanuel's death, whilst he was in the custody of 4 of their police officers. Fans, family and friends attended a monthly MPA (Metropolitan Police Authority) meeting on 31.03.11, the first after his death, to find out what the police commissioner had to say about the suspicious case.
This video was taken after David's family and friends walked out of the MPA meeting in disgust.

Info: The MPA was set up in 2000 to hold the Commissioner rigorously to account and to ensure an effective and efficient police service.
