Colorado massacre: total surveillance didn't work?
A massacre at a Colorado movie theater leaves 12 dead and dozens more wounded, and authorities have countless questions over what exactly happened and what the shooter's motives were. Mr. Doherty is also the author of the book "Gun Control on Trial."
