According to the prolific individual known simply as "Syrian Girl," the above video was actually removed by the BBC. If true, this is hardly surprising seeing as the BBC is little more than a state-funded propaganda arm of the British government which was recently busted using a photograph take in Iraq in 2003 to accompany an article about a massacre in Syria.

Indeed, the BBC article linked in the YouTube description brings a 404 error at the time of writing on August 23, 2012.
