Pentagon turns a blind eye to sex crimes



Fifteen years ago, the US Army acknowledged that sexual harassment was a problem in the military and today sexual assault and rape still remain a big issue. Critics though say the Pentagon isn't doing enough to combat the problem. Panayiota Bertzikis, executive director of the Military Rape Crisis Center and a US coast guard veteran, joins RT's Liz Wahl to discuss the situation.
