Louisiana, Corruption, Systemic Racism, (Matthew Moore) in East Felician...

STOP PRISON SLAVERY! Louisiana was found to have the highest rate of
incarceration in the prison nation. That means it is highest in the
world. Here is an innocent child who faces sentencing September 11,
2012, after a wrongful conviction. The D.A. told Matthew Moore's mother
(who was also wrongfully convicted) that... he did not like her
"attitude" and would therefore arrest her son. Pray for Katherine Conner

Matthew
was falsely accused of indecent exposure by 51 yr. old, Assistant
Principal, Deborah Collins Anderson while working at his school this
Summer, 2009. I have repeatedly asked to view school cameras that could
possibly show what happened June 05, 2009, but was ignored. Matthew had
no criminal record, and has worked at his school, (Jackson High) during
the Summer since age 15 without incident. He attends a 5 week class in
Workforce Development (Project Success) each time, prior to job
placement. Matthew maintains his innocence. It is not logical to me
that he, or any student would do something as Mrs. Anderson claimed.
Most of all to an educator, and who is the most militant one in the
school. Why wait 'til the thresh hold of graduation to do this? Mrs.
Anderson is old enough to be his grandmother. Any student that dared to
do such a thing would be asking for trouble!!!. When I met with Mrs.
Anderson, June 09, 2009, she told me she saw Matthew walking behind her,
and on every hall with his genitals exposed. She said she watched him
for a long time. I asked, "And you didn't say anything to him"? She
said, "Yes, Miss Conner, " I asked him if he was modeling for me." I
told her this was an inappropriate statement for someone she claimed was
exposing himself.

She said, "He could have been on drugs." "He
could have been masturbating, etc., sounding more bizarre each time. I
asked if she thought Matthew purposely exposed himself to her? She
said, "No", but thought he needed counseling. I asked why did she
wait four days to report this? and others were in the school building,
including his supervisor, school board office open, etc. She claimed she
had tried to contact me at home, but couldn't reach me? I asked why
did she follow Matthew downstairs alone, and continue to talk to him
afterwards. She didn't answer. She said she was going to recommend
Matthew be sent to another work site. There weren't any witnesses, so I
asked to view school cameras, but was ignored. Matthew was fired from
his Summer job on her word alone. After I spoke to superintendent, Doug
Beauchamp, and voiced suspicions about her story, like why it took so
long to report this, etc.? Obviously he confronted her. She phoned me
shortly afterwards, and said angrily," I' m pressing charges!" Matthew
was booked into jail on 1count of Obscenity, and placed on a $10,000
bond. When school resumed, August 04, 2009, Matthew was turned away. I
contacted the LA. Board of Education(Lester Hitchcock, BESE Board). He
said Matthew was not expelled, or convicted, and wasn't a student at the
time, and Mrs. Anderson wasn't a principal. Both were school employees.


He said the School Board couldn't legally keep Matthew from
attending his school, and if they did to file a Civil Suit. Matthew was
allowed to return to school August 07, 2009. Ironically, this same day,
47 yr. old Middle School teacher, Paige Fleming filed a complaint
against him claiming she saw him exposed in her school, ( 2 months
earlier), but declined to say anything at the time, but decided to come
forward after hearing about Mrs. Anderson? Why senior citizens? Again no
witnesses. I asked to view cameras from that school, but was ignored.
Matthew says he doesn't even know Mrs. Paige Fleming, and doesn't recall
any contact with her. Another count of Obscenity was added. Both
educators then applied for restraining orders? Matthew's Judge said he
could return to school. He returned August 12, 2009. Mrs. Anderson saw
him sitting in a class room, assumed he shouldn't be there, and notified
Jackson police. He was illegally removed from school, jailed for 5
days, and placed on a $40,000 bond. *Matthew was convicted of 2 counts
of Attempted Obscenity April 24, 2012. While I do not support
privatization of public schools, I do support the school voucher system.
