Gitmo: beyond the reach of law?





In a recent report, a ninth detainee was found dead in his cell at Guantanamo Bay. The prison which has been open for nearly a decade, has many questioning the validity and legality of site and the torture techniques implemented there. Now it seems the US Department of Defense is attempting to cover up allegations of drugging prisoners at Gitmo. So why does Gitmo remain in open and what really goes on there? Scott Horton, a contributing editor for Harper's Magazine, joins us with his take on the legality of Gitmo and how it could be hurting the US in the long run.
