Gagging law stops charities from lobbying but lets corporations continue

Becky Jarvis, of 38 Degrees, talks to the host of Going Underground, Afshin Rattansi, about the dangers of recently passed 'gagging law'. It puts a binding cap on campaigning by charities and NGOs in the run-up to general elections, although corporate lobbying will still be going strong in the corridors of power. Charities and non-political organisations fear they will no longer be able to fight for causes like the NHS, education and social welfare.
