Military rape survivors urge accountability

The US military is trying to deal with a growing rape scandal at a base that trains all new members of the Air Force. But, survivors of military sexual assault say it is time for Congress to do more to hold the Pentagon accountable. Al Jazeera's Rosiland Jordan reports from Capitol Hill.
