Anthony Warren took police on a high-speed chase in Alabama back in 2008. When they finally apprehended him, they beat the crap out of him. Warren sued over the brutality, and the case was finally settled. The city agreed to pay out $460,000 to close the case, but here's the catch: $459,000 of that will go to Warren's lawyers, and he will only get $1000 of the settlement. The Resident discusses
