For W.E. A.L.L. B.E. News poet & local historian Bro. Archie Quinn performs his original piece "Thank you Emmett" at the spot on the Black Bayou Bridge where Emmett Till's horribly disfigured and probably lifeless body was thrown off, with a 70 pound cotton gin fan tied around his neck, into the Black Bayou which leads into the Tallahatchie River where it was eventually found 3 days later on Aug. 31, 1955.
