Cell-phones tracked without warrants

The US government is continuing to update the latest methods of surveillance and here is the newest: first the US Justice Department argued in court yesterday that authorities should be able to get their hands on minute-by-minute movements of cell-phone users over a 60-day period without having to ask a judge to approve a warrant.
