Fracking threatening the well-being of Americans?

The practice of hydraulic fracturing extracts natural gas and other resources from the ground by injecting liquid into the Earth, but could also be quietly posing a risk on the environment and the well-being of people near the drilling sites. President Obama has proposed national guidelines on the technique, but could new regulations help protect American citizens for the harmful side-effects? RT's Kristine Frazao joins us with more.
