N.C. lawmakers to atone for sterilization victims

North Carolina officials previously authorized the sterilization of more than 7.500 people who were deemed unfit by the state to have children. Kelly Cobiella reports that lawmakers have recently met in Raleigh in order to discuss possible atonement for the victims.
