Psychology guide risks 'diagnostic inflation'

A new book of psychological guidelines is facing criticism in the United States. The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual helps doctors diagnose mental illness. Critics say the first new edition in nearly 20 years, however, tries to turn everyday problems into diseases. Al Jazeera's Rob Reynolds reports from Los Angeles.
