“The
best way to eliminate self doubt is to replace it with self confidence
and the way to get that confidence is to take the life we’ve been given,
ask ourselves who we want to be and what we want to do, and from there
take the steps to make it happen as we take charge of where we want to
go and what we want to accomplish. We should never sell ourselves short
in life because the story we are writing and the story of us waiting to
be told is not any ordinary story by any ordinary person. Every
experience we’ve encountered has taught us something about ourselves
that we didn’t know before and has helped us to grow because without
those difficult times, without those challenges, and without those
trials in life, there would be no opportunities for us to learn more
about who we are and what our lives hold and to grow from those
experiences by taking what we’ve learned and applying it in some way to
our life. If there’s anything you should be proud of, be proud of
yourself for overcoming the things that you have, for living your life
for you and for refusing to give up; be proud of yourself for how far
you’ve come because when you look back at the places you’ve walked, you
remember where who you were but when you look where you are now, you see
the person you’ve become and when you look ahead in life, you know that
you still have yet to find out what can be and who you have yet to be.”
