US drops 99 CIA abuse cases

The Justice department has dropped 99 out of 101 alleged CIA torture cases. A federal prosecutor reviewed cases in which CIA officers and contractors used harsh interrogation methods during George W. Bush's presidency after the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks and found cause to pursue criminal cases in only two.
