Councilman Struggled With Bullying as a Child
Councilman Joel Burns revealed for the first time his own struggle with bullying as a teenager.
The video of his speech was posted on YouTube and received more than 3-million views.
Since then, Councilman Burns has received thousands of letters of inspiration and he continues to be a spokesperson for this issue.
He attended the Anti-Bullying Campaign at the White House Thursday and joined us in-studio Friday.
