California: You Can't Rush Executions!

The Governor and Attorney General of California
are trying to rush executions, even though there is
currently an injunction against executions.

Why do they think they're above the law? Sign the

A state agency recently approved new lethal injection
procedures, but these procedures have not been approved
by a judge. The state cannot step over the courts on
these matters - we need the full legal process
completed in order to ensure minimal impact on the
victims' families.

Governor Schwarzenegger and Attorney General Brown are
setting victims' families up for a potentially
devastating process.
