The Delhi Police have arrested four of six men who allegedly gang-raped a 23-year-old medical student and beat her brutally, along with her male friend, in a bus in Delhi on Sunday evening. The young woman is in hospital is in serious condition but better than before. Her friend, who was being treated for head injuries, was discharged today. The government has announced a new committee that will evaluate what needs to change on security ford women.
