UP DATE FROM FREDERICK BELL MISSISSIPPI DEATH-ROW -

August 20, 2010 my lawyer Kenneth H. Coghlan filed a petition for a writ of certiorari to the united states circuit court of appeals for the fifth circuit. October 25, 2010 the state's response to that petition for writ of certiorari to that matter. The united states supreme court set a conference hearing on November 23, 2010. My lawyer(s) think a rule will come out on the November 29, 2010 were the court set me a date.
